Project Overview
Oneida supports the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) Mission Support Facilities (MSF) Division by providing technical project management, program analysis, facilities planning, housing portfolio support, and lifecycle facility-management services. The MSF Division is responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining facilities and infrastructure that enable CBP personnel to execute homeland security and border protection missions across the nation. These assets include administrative offices, training facilities, laboratories, warehouses, tactical communications sites, housing portfolios, and National Capital Region facilities.
To support this diverse and geographically dispersed portfolio, Oneida provides subject matter expertise across project planning, facilities management, program controls, portfolio analysis, construction oversight, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement. The team assists CBP in managing facility requirements from initial planning and acquisition through renovation, occupancy, sustainment, and modernization activities. Oneida’s support helps ensure facilities investments align with operational needs while maintaining transparency, accountability, and effective stewardship of government resources.
Oneida personnel provide analytical and technical support for project scheduling, risk management, budgeting, performance reporting, facilities assessments, and lifecycle planning. Leveraging CBP’s enterprise facilities-management platform, TRIRIGA, the team supports portfolio management, space utilization analysis, project tracking, reporting, and decision support activities. Oneida also supports the agency’s housing portfolio by assisting with maintenance planning, tenant coordination, service-request management, repair and alteration projects, and long-range sustainment planning.
