OES is a Native American, tribally-owned, small business. We are a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified engineering firm specializing in transportation engineering design, environmental services, construction management, and survey of projects throughout the United States. We are wholly-owned by the Oneida Nation as a subsidiary under Oneida ESC Group.

OES offers engineering and technical skills developed through more than 30 years of experience and draws upon the knowledge and experience of 500+ Oneida ESC Group employees who focus on services for the federal government.
