OCS is a Native American, tribally-owned small business. We are a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) full-service general contractor and construction company. We are wholly-owned by the Oneida Nation as a subsidiary under Oneida ESC Group.

With quality and safety as our guiding principles, OCS has in-house construction managers, site superintendents, site quality control and safety officers, trades, and laborers to deliver construction, design-build, renovation, and demolition projects on time and under budget.
