Community Benefits for the Oneida Nation
Oneida ESC Group makes a distribution of profits to the Oneida Nation. Contracting or partnering with a tribally-owned SBA 8(a) company leads to enhanced economic growth and career opportunities that benefit the entire tribe. Proceeds are returned to the tribe to support education, fire/rescue/police, infrastructure, elder housing and care, and healthcare funding for their members.
The Oneida Nation determines the allocation of distribution to support and enhance social, cultural, educational, economic, and professional development. All distributions are allocated to the Economic Development, Diversification, and Community Development Fund.
In addition, Oneida ESC Group supports and contributes to a number of community art events, functions for veterans, events for elders, and youth activities.
