MS2 is a Native American, tribally-owned small business. We are a full-service, multi-discipline engineering, science and construction management company wholly-owned by the Oneida Nation as a subsidiary under Oneida ESC Group.

With safety and quality as our guiding principles, MS2 has in-house construction management personnel, engineers, and technicians to deliver design-build and design-bid-build projects. MS2 provides total project delivery services to government and commercial clients.
