OES announces that we are approved by the Wisconsin Unified Certification Program (UCP) as a Native American-Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and are eligible for DBE credit on projects for transportation engineering and consulting services. As a certified DBE, OES is eligible to bid on USDOT-funded projects led by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Milwaukee County, Dane County, and the City of Madison.
