Oneida ESC Group is pleased to announce a significant expansion of our capability to serve our federal customers through the successful acquisition of General Mechanical Corporation (GMC) by our subsidiary Mission Support Services (MS2).  Our vision of customer-driven business goals will remain the same and this transition will open new doors of opportunity to MS2 and all of Oneida ESC family of companies.

General Mechanical Corporation’s range of construction services includes new construction, major renovations, construction management, and design build services throughout Florida and Southern Georgia. GMC has evolved over the last 20 years from a mechanical contractor to a well-established general contracting firm. In the last ten years, GMC has delivered close to 120 wide ranging comprehensive projects. Many of these projects are in large, complex facilities with costs in excess of $60 million with an approximate combined total square footage of two million square feet.

General Mechanical Corporation has established strong business relationships with many organizations within the construction and mechanical industries. GMC has a sizable commercial business that will combine easily with MS2’s current federal prime contract customers including US Air Force, US Navy, US Army Contracting Command, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the US Customs and Border Protection.
