MILWAUKEE, WI / Fort McCoy contracted with MS2 to complete minor repairs and then repaint the Commemorative Pieces of equipment within the current display area.

In total, 71 pieces of equipment will be prepped, repaired, and painted for this update. Various types of equipment are included in the project and range from trucks, mine detectors, cranes, tractors, combat tanks, and more. The equipment placed in the equipment park had been previously used in support of soldiers in combat operations, moving personnel and cargo, or to complete other missions. The oldest piece of equipment dates to design and development from the early 1940’s.

The first piece of equipment (shown below) has been recently completed and is now ready for display in the exhibit area at Fort McCoy, WI.
