the early years

1989 – TN&A was founded by Terry Ni, PE, as a Civil Engineering company
1990 – TN&A opened the first office in Milwaukee, WI
1993 – Nick Ni (Wastewater Treatment Operations Engineer at MMSD) joined TN&A
1993-1996 – Marketing to USEPA, obtained SBA approved status and 8(a) SDB, won the first large environmental remediation contract, entered SBE-approved Mentor-Protege Agreement
1996 – TN&A moved to the current HQ location

THROUGH MARKET GROWTH AND CHANGE

2000 – Marketing to NAVFAC
2000 – Awarded a 12-year EPA Region 4 STAT contract and opened the Atlanta office
2001 – Began Civil and Transportation Engineering and Construction services to WisDOT and opened the Madison office
2003 – Awarded contract and task orders for design support in Japan and Korea
2007 – Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) was established
2008 – OTIE awarded 8(a) status and acquired TN&A
2013 to 2017 – Ordnance & Explosives Remediation (OER) was acquired, Mission Support Services (MS2) and Sustainment and Restoration Services (SRS) were established
2017 – Oneida ESC Group was formed, and Jeff House is named CEO
