As a construction support subcontractor to the prime contractor (sister company MS2), SRS provided all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to:

• test and balance 12 HVAC systems
• clean coils on 12 rooftop units
• clean the interior of all existing metal ductwork
• seal all metal ductwork seams
• re-insulate all existing metal ductwork
• replace all supply/return air grills
• perform selective electrical repairs
• replace a 50,000 sf drop ceiling and grid
• install 640 LED lights to replace fluorescent lighting

As the facility remained open during renovations, work was performed in 12 phases to minimize impacts to the retail/sales floor of the NEX facility.
