Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers (http://sschc.org/) is expanding its reach on Milwaukee’s South Side with a new clinic in West Milwaukee. The project requires the demolition of a former truck repair facility adjacent to an existing Milwaukee County park. OTIE is excited to be part of the design team, and our staff are performing surveying, site civil design, and structural engineering. Our site civil design services include erosion control, demolition, grading, paving, storm water management using underground detention, and water and wastewater utilities.
