Oneida, WI –Oneida ESC (OESC) Group is excited to announce the launch of a new environmental subsidiary, Oneida Environmental, LLC (OE) as part of OESC Group’s long term growth strategy. OE will focus on environmental services for regulatory compliance, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning, and cultural/natural resources operating under the primary NAICS 541620, Environmental Consulting Services.
OE will continue building on the strong reputation of OESC Group subsidiaries Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE), Sustainment and Restoration Services (SRS), and Oneida LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2) by prioritizing customers’ mission and focusing on exceptional project delivery. OE will apply to the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program to ensure equitable access to contracting opportunities in the federal marketplace, receive federal contracting preferences, and receive training and technical assistance designed to bolster competition in the American economy.

Jacques Marcillac has been named Director of Operations for OE. According to Marcillac, “Providing customers enhanced access to services in environmental services, NEPA planning, and cultural resources, Oneida Environmental will strengthen our ability to provide environmental solutions for our clients. We have an excellent reputation for quality-of-service delivery and, with OE we will offer expanded Small Business contracting options and industry-leading experience as an 8(a)enterprise providing comprehensive environmental consulting services to our customers.” Marcillac will also continue his responsibilities as Director of Operations for Sustainment and Restoration Services (SRS).
OESC Group owns five other subsidiaries: Oneida Professional Services (OPS), 1822 Land and Development Company of Oneida, Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES), Mission Support Services (MS2), and General Mechanical Corp. (GMC). OES, SRS, and MS2 are current 8(a) companies, GMC has an application pending decision, OPS will submit its application soon, and OTIE and LG2 are 8(a) graduates.
